Cooking Journeyman - Requires Cooking (50)

  Start heading to Ashenvale, and head to the Zoram Strand, it is located north west and it is where the sea is.

  [Boiled Clams] - 1 Calm Meat, 1 Refreshing Spring Water - you will be able to find clam meat in [Small Barnacled Clam]
  [Crab Cake] - 1 Crawler Meat, 1 Mild Spices

  Alliance:

  Alliance players will be able to buy this recipe too, and keep in mind that the Crawlers you will kill drop Crawler Claw too. Don't sell the Crawler Claw, keep them for later.

  [Cooked Crab Claw] - 1 Crawler Claw, 1 Mild Spices

• 130 - 175

  Raptors will drop [Raptor Flesh], don't sell and don't destroy them, because you will need those in the very next steps of this Cooking Guide.

  50 x [Curiously Tasty Omelet] - 50 [Raptor Egg], 50 Hot Spices

  When you reach 150 you will need to buy [Expert Cookbook], in order to continue.

• 175 - 225

  50 x [Roast Raptor] - 50 [Raptor Flesh]

  When you reach 225, you have to complete a quest in order to continue this Cooking Guide. If you wish, you can collect the quest items before you see the quest giver. The quest giver is located here.

  • 12 x [Giant Eggs] - You will need 37 of these. 25 will be needed for the next step of the Cooking Guide. Owlbeasts in Winterspring drop the eggs you will be looking for. You can go to Hinterlands and get those eggs if the mobs in Winterspring are of too high level. You can find Owlbeasts there also and if you go to the shore and kill turtles, you can farm the 10 [Zesty Clam Meat] also.
  • 10 x [Zesty Clam Meat] - found in [Big-mouth Clams]
  • 20 x [Alterac Swiss]

• 225 - 250

  25 x [Monster Omelet] - 25 Giant Egg, 50 Smoothing Spices

• 250 - 285

  40 x [Juicy Bear Burger] - 40 [Bear Flank]

• 285 - 300

  15 x [Smoked Desert Dumplings] - 15 [Sandworm Meat], 15 Shoothing Spices

 There will be 3 choices here for you. Farming Talbuk Venison and Clefthoof Meat is quite easy than farming Warped Flesh. You may need to farm Warp Burger for raids which can also be used for advancing your cooking skill.
