First Aid 

Approximate Cloths Required for 1-375:

  • 170 Linen Cloth
  • 180 Wool Cloth
  • 150 Silk Cloth
  • 110 Mageweave Cloth
  • 210 Runecloth
  • 100 Netherweave Cloth
  • 45 Frostweave Cloth

 

Start off by visiting a First Aid trainer, you will automatically learn to make Linen Bandage.

 

Visit your trainer at level 50 to be able to continue skilling up to 150.

 

  • 150 -180
    50 x [Silk Bandage] - 50 Silk Cloth

    At level 180, read the book Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage to learn how to make Heavy Silk Bandage.

  • 180 - 210
    50 x [Heavy Silk Bandage] - 100 Silk Cloth

    At level 210, read the book Manual: Mageweave Bandage to learn how to make Mageweave Bandage.

Once you reach level 225, you need to go see your Artisan Train to be able to continue skilling up first aid all the way to 300, he will give you a quest. Keep in mind that you will need level 225 First Aid and also a level 35 character to start   this quest. Once you complete the quest you get Artisan First Aid. Make sue to bring 75 Mageweave Cloth and 70 Runecloth with you at the same time, then you will be able to skill up all the way to level 290.

 

 

          Quest givers are located as follows according to the side you're on:

  • Alliance quest
    He will be inside the main keep outside of which all the guards are practicing. Go inside and turn right, then make a left and he will be in that corner room.

    Horde quest
    Walk into the front entrance of Hammerfall and turn left. He will be inside the building right in fron of you.

 

 

To Note For First Aid Quest

Undead patient --> Critically Injured - Critically injured patients will die after you heal 2 other patients.
Troll patient --> Badly Injured - Badly injured patients will die after you heal 4 other patients.
Orc patient --> Injured - Injured patients have a long time before they die.

Prioritize which ones to heal first and next, just start from the left hand side and work your way down, you should be fine in completing the quest thi way.

 

 

          At level 240 first aid you can talk to the quest NPC again to obtain Heavy Mageweave Bandages.

 

At level 260 first aid you can talk to the quest NPC again to obtain Runecloth Bandages.

 

At level 290 first aid you can talk to the quest NPC again to obtain Heavy Runecloth Bandages.

 

At 330, read the book Manual: Netherweave Bandage to learn how to make Netherweave Bandage.

 

At 360, read the book Manual: Heavy Netherweave Bandage to learn how to make Heavy Netherweave Bandage.

 

You will be able to train Grand Master First Aid from a Grand Master First Aid Trainer located in Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord or Dalaran.

  • 400 - 450
    You will need to learn the Heavy Frostweave Bandage recipe in order to skill-up any further at this specific point. Keep in mind that you will not be able to buy or train for this recipe - [Manual: Heavy Frostweave Bandage] it is a world drop that must be farmed. Although many players report that it is easy farming the recipe drop from the ice trolls found in Zul'Drak.
