Visit your trainer and train Artisan Engineering.

At skill level 200 you will have the option to specialize in Gnomish or Goblin Engineering. The difference between both sides is the location of their teleporters and the power of their trinkets. Some items require a specific specialization in order to use them, while some items are crafted by one specific specialization but can be used by any engineer.

Go to Northrend, visit your trainer and train Grand Master Engineering.

  You will need about 50 [Handful of Cobalt Bolts] and 36 [Volatile Blasting Trigger] later. Make them now, and you should reach 375. Note that when you craft [Handful of Cobalt Bolts] you can get 1 or 3 bolts, and also for [Volatile Blasting Trigger], you will get 2 [Volatile Blasting Trigger] each craft.

  At 440, you can make your epic Engineering Helm, but if you want to level your Engineering past 440, you should wait for your epic Engineering Goggles until 445, because there are only green recipes at that point, but the Goggles are still orange.
